RYCARS Completed Project: Reroof Intermediate Treatment Unit at the Eastern Louisiana State Hospital. #TeamRYCARS installed a new tapered 2 ply modified bitumen roof system (hot asphalt), installed new sheet metal flashing, downspouts and gutters. Our crew also removed windows of a mechanical penthouse and enclosed the structure to ensure weatherproof conditions.

The Treatment Unit is inside a gated area within the mental health facility, the building was in use and occupied with patients throughout construction. Our superintendent worked with the necessary parties on site to ensure that normal business operations continued without delays.
