General Project Scope

• Six buildings with multiple roof levels
• Remove existing roof
• Install new insulation and modified bitumen roof system and stainless steel
• Install new lightning protection system and new fall protection system
• Replace all gravity ventilators

Logistical Challenges

The NASA project required work on multiple occupied buildings, simultaneously, in a highly secured environment. During the project the occupied buildings were not to be disturbed so that normal work activity/function may continue. This project has incurred additional cost increases due to change orders for conditions not known by the customer until various stages of work had begun.
