General Project Scope
General Project Scope:
- Removed existing coal tar roof and skylights
- Installed a new 2 ply modified bitumen roof system over a lightweight concrete deck
- Installed new skylights and liquid flashing
- Installed a new roof hatch in warehouse
Logistical Challenges
The Kraft maintenance building was occupied throughout construction. Our superintendents worked closely with University personnel to ensure normal work activity/function continued.
