General Project Scope
- Cleaned Exterior Stucco and Cast Stone
- Repaired and/or replaced decorative plaster in corridor
- Replaced existing Spanish roof tiles
- Installed new copper roofing panels
- Repaired small cracks in the stucco walls
- Installed new doors
- Installed new windows
Logistical Challenges
Two logistical challenges we faced while performing this project was keeping students safe while operations were being executed; and working with tiles, because they are very fragile and require delicacy.
