General Project Scope
- Installed a TPO single ply roof recover system
- Installed a cold process two ply modified roof system
- New sheet metal trim and flashing
- Installation of downspouts, new roof hatch, skylights, and exterior ladder and walkpads
Logistical Challenges
Working on an occupied building is always a logistical challenge. For this project, we made sure to coordinate with the staff to make sure we were not interfering with their daily operations. We also had to implement safety precautions to make sure no students would be harmed.
