RYCARS Completed Project: Southern University at New Orleans University Center Building Re-Roof. RYCARS was contracted to install a new Johns Manville SBS Modified Bitumen (hot asphalt) roof system over a concrete deck and a wood deck. Check out the full scope of work below.
Scope of work:
-provided interior protection of indoor swimming pool area
– installed sheet metal trims and flashing (copper)
– installed access ladder
-installed copper wall panels at parapet
