RYCARS Completed Project: Roof Improvements at Akins High School for Austin ISD. #TeamRYCARS installed a 2 ply modified torch roof system on over 159,000sq ft of the school. Our crew also installed a McElroy 138T metal panel roof on the school gym (9,600sq ft). This project required the re-roofing of multiple buildings on campus, new sheet metal trim and flashing, downspouts, non-penetrating access ladders, roof hatches, pipe supports and walkpads at HVAC units.
