RYCARS Completed Project: Re-roofing Benjamin Kraft Bldg at Southern University. RYCARS was contracted to install a new 2 ply modified bitumen roof system, install new skylights, liquid flashing and a roof hatch. The Kraft maintenance building was occupied throughout construction. Our superintendents worked closely with university personnel to ensure normal work activity/function continued.
