RYCARS Completed Project: Orange Grove Elementary School Roof Replacement. RYCARS was contracted to install a new SOPREMA 2 Ply Modified Bitumen (torch applied) roof on the main building and a Standing Seam Metal Roof system on the gym and special education building.
Scope of work:
– installed tapered system
-installed standing seam metal roof panels
-installed sheet metal trims and flashing
-installed new aluminum gutters and downspouts
-installed retrofit drains
Logistical challenges with this project surrounded adverse weather conditions given that we started the project in the winter along with working at night per the customer’s request. Overall our team completed the project to the owner’s satisfaction.
